Setting up timeclocks to suit your lifestyle, enabling Geofencing to trigger your heating or turning it off when you aren’t at home. Or allowing you to control rooms individually instead of heating the whole house at once.
Lutron Blinds can also be integrated to help keep the sun out, or the heat in.
Home security now offers a wide range of options. On site recording using a DVR, or cloud based systems such as Nest or Ring.
All of which can be accessed remotely on your phone, allowing you to never miss a parcel being delivered.

Testing
Efas are fully insured and accredited with NAPIT, conforming to Part P.
We undertake all forms of testing:
EICR
Electrical Installation Condition Report (Previously a Periodic)
Providing a report detailing if the installation is safe or needs improvement.
Landlords Certificate
All landlords require their rental properties to have a valid certificate, as per The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020
Fault Finding
We have years of experience using specialist tools to find all types of faults, such as circuits tripping, appliances and lights not working, rodent and water damage.
Minor Works/Installation Cert
These are both certificates we produce when carrying out work.
Minor Works is provided for alterations that do not extend to a new circuit and the Installation Cert covers anything more than this.
These guarantee our work is installed professionally, correctly and in accordance to the regulations.
